Why C.E.S.?
“We have worked with Total Events since the day they opened their doors.  For us Total Events is not a supplier, they are a partner.  A partner that stays up through the night to make sure our event is a success.”

Exhibitor Tips

As an exhibitor, you’re eager to entice attendees and create interest in your company or product. However, what are some ways to create an attention-grabbing, successful booth? Here are some tips on how to make your next booth even better than the last:
  • Keep It Simple: A jumble of products, services, etc. thrown in front of passers-by may not be the best way to show them what you have to offer. Attendees want to clearly understand the purpose of a booth at a glance as they walk by. Make this a possibility and focus in on a new or successful component of your business and your potential customers are likely to investigate your company more on their own.
  • Make Sure Everyone Is On The Same Page: Your company’s staff covering the booth is a team and should maintain a common goal and feed out consistent information to potential customers. Have information professionally printed can avoid misleads and allow your staff to attend to more show-goers at one time.
  • Don’t Forget The Fine Print: Each show is different. Be sure to read all information available for your show and look out for regulations regarding décor, design, organization, and operation of your booth.
  • Know Details On Delivery: When pre-delivering to a show, you want all of your necessary materials in the right place at the right time. Keep track of your shipments and drayage and understand all accompanying procedures.
  • Create a Contact Information Section: Provide an easy system of exchanging contact information (both yours and theirs), even when staff is unavailable. You might consider request boxes, contact us forms, order forms, or a request for information bin.
  • Come Well-Prepared: Arrive to the show with more supplies than you intend to use. It’s always better to have more than less. Have good contact phone numbers available to you in case of emergencies or spur-of-the-moment questions/concerns.
